Its a camera flash. Look at the edges of everything in the picture, you'll see shadows. A light is being cast upon thema(a flash prolly) from one direction, and its making a shadow. Duh.

I really liked Saints Row 1 & 2, so this will be a step in the right direction for me. I hope the character editor is as good, or better as the one in SR2.
